隨后，公司黨總支書(shū)記王學(xué)術(shù)同志圍繞“維護(hù)核心、鑄就忠誠(chéng)、擔(dān)當(dāng)作為、抓實(shí)支部”這一主題，以貫徹落實(shí)天津市第十一次黨代會(huì)精神為抓手，給全體黨員上了一堂內(nèi)容豐富的黨課。黨課主要圍繞以下三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行講述：一是牢牢把握“維護(hù)核心”這個(gè)政治立場(chǎng)，扎實(shí)推進(jìn)主題教育活動(dòng)深入開(kāi)展；

二是深刻領(lǐng)會(huì)黨代會(huì)報(bào)告精神，為國(guó)有企業(yè)深化改革發(fā)展提供堅(jiān)強(qiáng)政治保證；三是加快企業(yè)改革、轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)步伐，開(kāi)創(chuàng)公司持續(xù)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展新局面。同時(shí)，號(hào)召全體黨員帶頭想事、帶頭做事、帶頭解決問(wèn)題，用自己的行動(dòng)感染、引領(lǐng)身邊的人全身心地投入到生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)中來(lái)。

會(huì)議要求，全體黨員要在“維護(hù)核心、鑄就忠誠(chéng)、擔(dān)當(dāng)作為、抓實(shí)支部”主題教育活動(dòng)推進(jìn)“兩學(xué)一做” 學(xué)習(xí)教育常態(tài)化制度化工作開(kāi)展之際，從講政治的高度，把思想和行動(dòng)統(tǒng)一到中央和市委的決策部署上來(lái)，積極參加主題教育活動(dòng)，貫徹落實(shí)黨代會(huì)精神，旗幟鮮明擁戴核心，堅(jiān)定不移維護(hù)核心，在工作中提振奮發(fā)有為、勇于擔(dān)當(dāng)?shù)木珰馍?，展現(xiàn)干事創(chuàng)業(yè)、攻堅(jiān)克難的新作為，與時(shí)俱進(jìn)、開(kāi)拓創(chuàng)新，腳踏實(shí)地的為公司生產(chǎn)任務(wù)的完成做出貢獻(xiàn)，以優(yōu)異成績(jī)迎接十九大的勝利召開(kāi)。
